KyLee joins the Sandhills Task Force as the Administrative Assistant. She grew up in rural southwest Nebraska, where she was active in 4-H and FFA programs. She also enjoyed competing with and showing horses. She earned her Veterinary Technology Degree from the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture and her Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from the McCook Community College. KyLee worked for the Nebraska Bull Service as a large animal Licensed Veterinary Technician for several years while at the same time working as a bookkeeper. In 2012, she moved to Gordon, Nebraska, and continued to work as a bookkeeper. She resides in the Gordon area today with her husband, Mike, and two sons, James and Orin. Over the years, KyLee has recognized how truly remarkable the Sandhills of Nebraska and the ranchers and communities within them are. Believing they are the backbone of this great country. She has also long admired the Sandhills Task Force and its focus on enhancing the ecosystem while working to sustain profitable private ranching. She is excited to be a part of the team and help support the organization's mission and goals.
